In order to avoid problems, some people drink a lot of liquors to get rid of the problems. They feel that there is no other way to solve the problems. By becoming drunk, they do not need to think of the problems which happen to them. Instead of drinking , they should try to solve the problems.
These happens to one aunt who has a problem with her husband. It can be said that something really bad has happened to the marriage. There is a lack of communication between them. In my opinion, they should at least try to communicate with each other, speak out their mind. As long as they have the intention to save the marriage, then the marriage will be fined.
from what i see, nowadays especially in Asia, a couple who do not love each other anymore and who have been married for a long time , tend to stay in the marriage for the sake of the children, as if this couple separate, the children are the one who will suffer.
However, nowadays, i can also see that many young couples if they do not like each other anymore, they will separate. It seems that the Asian culture is going to be similar to western culture

Being raised up by conservative and strict parents and grow up in quite a modern society ,sometimes it makes me confuse, it is either should i act conservatively or the other way round.
If i act conservatively, then there is no way that i can catch up with the world and vice versa.
there are prohibition from my father- no drinking,no drugs,no smoking and no pubs.
sometimes, it is not good to put too much restriction on the child, come on i am 20 years old. there should be freedom to act or to do what i want as long as it is reasonable.
yesterday night, there were two British who were drinking till drunk and vomitted it out and was unable to go to the school the next day. it was because my parents and their friends had really asked them to drink (4 bottles of guinnes, 6 bottles of beer and 7 bottles of wine) . it was really a fun night, seeing them really drunk and they were really blurred, sang songs, haya really dont know hoe to explain it,but it really fun.

family ,rich ,or poor
i had attended a weddinng ceremony few days ago, the ceremony and all the things were doing well but i was not comfortable with the people , maybe i should interact more with others. the reasons i felt uncomfortable ;
i think is because of the social status. the group that I am talking about about is from a higher status group of people, what i mean is that this type of people are from a rich class and i have difficulty in communicating with them, The second thing is some of these may just nice to see but not nice to touch, they have a good appearance(nice looking,look like a rich people but actually are not)
Thirdly, eventhough they are family but they can gossiping/talk bad things about others . some of these people arev taliking bad about others in order to make them look better than others.
they may rich in financial but they are not rich in their relationship with each other.
for me, as a family, they should have cooperation and help each other. Instead of having it, they tease each other and show off to each other on who is richer than who.
It makes me think that a brother and a sister who are from a poor family has a stronger relationship than those who is vice versa.

day 1 11/11 (thurs) klia-penang
i had woke up at 5.45 am to go klia for a flight to penang. I stayed in corpthorne orchid in tanjung bungah. it is quite an affordable hotel and the staff were quite friendly especially the bell boy. they have free shuttle service bus.Later i went to aunt's house and komtar to eat famous ice kacang. finally i can find the place.
day2 12/11 (fri) penang
checked out frm the hotel then heading ti holiday inn in batu ferringghi. couldnt go anywhere, it rained almost the whole night.
An article stated that penang has no attraction /has not changed that much.Further tourisms' places have no improvement at all. However, according to me, penang has changed in some parts if we look into detail and it is quite a good place to go.

went to penang airport in order to wait for my family to come(26 people) then all of us would take abus to hatyai. on the way, the bus had broken down for almost 2 hours. Reached hatyai at night. some thai words:

'si bin hut' it is a nice place as we can see an ocean. thereafter, we went to elephant jungle trekking. the elephant which i took is 45 years old. Elephants usually can live till 100 years old. quite scarry at first but it was fun.

train
Human's life is like one way train where it moves forward and it never turns back until it reaches a final destination. A person may not turn back to what one has already done. The person may turn back in order to do the exact things but the process of making the things may be different. It is the same like a train, although it does its work routinely but there are rainy days,hot ,broke down, etc.
Appearance of each train is similar but passengers in each train are different everyday. It is the same with people's mood, some people are quite moody, some people may be a happy-go-lucky type, eventhough we have a similar appearance (2eyes, 1 mouth, 1nose, etc) but ecah person has different types of characteristics.
A train stops in every station, some peple goes out, some may come in. It is the same like people who work in which they need to take a rest in order to recharge their energy. It is also can be referred to a person who has too much things to say in one's heart and by speaking it out, it will help one to realese the problem.
The money that we have paid for the train, is the same like bargaining. It is like in order to get something in return, we should pay /do something.
Old train may not be used by the company anymore due to slow and the coming out of a new train which is working efficiently and more high tech.

do and donts
I am just not understand that there is an existence of a person who only knows how to omplain but do nothing in order to improve a situation. This person should do omething to the situation instead of keep complaining. There is no used of it. Lets say one's say something on how bla bla bla, one should go and do it, dont just sit down and say only. Action is more important than words or promised that one has made.
Sometimes , it is easy to say something but the action is not that easy. Secondly, do not make apromise that u cannot do it because in the end you will just make a person who you have already made the promise regret especially if the person has a hiogh expectation on you.
Human's ability are limited, do whatever you can do and if one think that he/ she is unable to cope with taht, then dont do it. By doing something which is more than what you can do , may just harm yourself. Accept your limitation.
Thirdly, dont always be a person who like to follow everything that what other oerson do either in concious or unconsious stages. that person may not like to be the role model. I think this type of person( who likes to follow) do bot have their own opinion. They must try to be a strong person in this sense and not only know how to complain and follow a lot.
Look at yourself before complaining about others. You are no good than others. There is a sentence which says that 'people who always about others are the one who have no ability or cannot do as others. We are no one in this world.
If you think that you are better than others , what make you think so? have you done any contribution to the society? It is true that everybody has a unique side but I just cannot stand of a person who is very proud of his/herself. think like slapping them.
Fourthly, better be honest than lie. What is the purpose of lying? Is it for good or bad? if you are lying for good then it still can be accepted but if you are lying in order to ruin a person life or to ruin something, then this cannot be accepted at all. no forgiveness for this.
Lastly, be yourself and dont try to act like someone in order to get something. It is true that if you are not yourselves when you want to get something and then youn can get it. But once yo have got it, are you going to be like that or be yourself ? What I think of this person is useless eventhough he/she has high value oh his/herself , no value at all.

miracle
Wednesday (13-10-04) was my bad day. It was raining the whole morninf and the electricity in the house had been cut down because uncle did not pay for it. Further I have gone to international office (IO) to extend my student pass but they are not sure when are they going to give my passport back.
I must get my passport back efore 12 Nov as I need to go somewhere. If they cannot give me before that time, I dont know what am I supposed to do already. A lot of preparation must be done in order to make a student visa such as attendance records, results, payment receipt, photo, photocopy of passport, bla bla bla.
When I wanted to hand up the fees, I just realised that I had lost my wallet, I was quite blurred and I thought why was I so careless? I had searched the house up and down (in the dark) but still could not find.
Sometime around that time, I made a promise to myself that if i could find my wallet or there was a person who would return my wallet back, I would not talking bad (gossip) about others already.
Then suddenly, a guy who lives next to my room, have returned the wallet and nothing lost. This is really a miracle and since that time I have not started to talk bad (gossip) about others , only one or two times.
the moral of this is , dont be so careless and want to do everything quickly, sometimes you may forget to do something. Secondly, dont be so forgetful, remember where do you put your things, therefore if next time you need it, you can find it easily. thirdly, when you need to do that things, be focus on it, dont think of all the problems that arise from it. lastly dont forget to pay electricity bills.

Evelyn
The story is about a father who is willing to do anything just to get his children back. Minister of Education had ruled that a child who had only a parent should be sent to churh. The father had made alot of application to the minister to get his children back but it always rejected, therefore with a help from a barrister (without fees) from America, they appealed to High court but justice was not on their side. Later, they went to Supreme court to get justice. 2 out of 3 judges were in flavoured of the father and therefore as a result of it, all children in ireland were free to go back to their homes.

In a study of 15 obese women who had roughly 10kg of fat removed by liposuction, researchers found that liposuction did not improve blood pressure, blood fat concentration, C-reactive protein and other biomakers for heart disease. Liposuction is only help people to look better.

I saw an advertisement by The school of H&T 'the good life ,world class quality'.What doest it mean by that? in general, good life means very satisfactory life because of being pleasant, enjoyable,of high quality,effective or suitable. Is that mean that by joining H&T, a person could have a good life like swiss quality? Then what does it mean by swiss quality? Is there any guarantee that people who live in Swiss have a good life?
I know that the advertisement means that the programme or the course has a very good quality, but by looking at the sentence alone, it may be interpreted differently. further, can it guarantee that after graduation, these people will have a good life? If these people do not have a good life, they will not be able to sue. It is because the advertisement is only an invitation to treat. Offer is made when aperson registers his/her name and it is depend on the staff whether he/she wants to accept it or not. Fisher v Bell c/f Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball.. The general rule of offer and acceptance is not the same in every country, is it? so if there is a similar advertisement in other country, can they sue? One of my friends has asked me on how do I define a person as 'bad'? A bad person is a person who has done a crime. then she said 'how about a person who has done something immoral but not illegal such as a guy who has slept around with girls? Is he a bad guy or not?
The question that i asked her was whether the girls intended to have it too. If both parties are willing to have it, then the guy is not a bad person unless he has done it without the other party intention.
It is true that it is immoral but not illegal and looking at today's society (especially western culture) a lot of people are having sex before married. As long as they know how to prevent something to happen, that is ok.

Nowadays ,media like newspapers contain alot of bad news. The question which comes into my mind is 'is the news reliable or can it be trust?. some writers might just add something to make an article looks more interesting. Every articles which has been made by the writers contain their own views. It can be siad that every writer has their own styles of writing and their own ways to interpret every incidents. For example a writer has a trauma on abuse cases. the writer might interpret the incident differently from others as the writer has been through the incident.
It can also be said taht never believe anything till u see it by yourselves.

from my observation, it seems that the combining class has no co-operation at all. It divides into groupd. Everbody minds their own business. You,you, me,me. After all , I still prefer my old class.
We have land law,company law,equity and trust and tort in yr2. Land law and company law are teached by Miss Jane who likes to say 'yu huu', sap sap sui ( Tim and Azlan said sei sei sei), a piece of cake' (too friendly lecturer). The way she teaches us is like a kangoroo. I am really blurred.
Tort lecturer, miss Tan likes to say 'do u follow me' at the end of every sentences that she has said.
Miss Lau-equity and trust as what my classmates claim as the second Mr Balraj. However she is good in teaching.

I dont know why these days i am becoming more and more like a lazy worm. Lazy to read, lazy to come to every single class,always feel sleepy especially company and land law lectures. feelings and logics
It is said that women use feelings to deal with problems ,on the other hand men use logics to solve problems. Is that true?
My teacher has given me one of the example, why does a woman cry when they break up with her boyfriend? but it does not happen to men ( some may cry). The answer is because women deal with feelings but men use logics.
To this extent, I agree with him but not all the time that woman is the one who is crying. What happened if the woman herself is the one who asks for break up?

the most wonderful 8 months in KDU
time has passed very fast, now is in sept yr2. In these 8 months , I have been met new people, old friends, meet and separate, it is the nature of human life.
Before the orintation day or before I reached KDU hostel , there was delay in those 2 flights, and with no one in the hostel and the place is like an ulu area. The reason why i refer my classmates as james bond and charlie's angels is because there is only 2 guys in class with 4 girls . For the girls ,i refer as charlie angels because there are 3 girls excluding me.
within these 8 months , there was happiness, sadness,madness etc , with all those tortutes (deadline for the mooting (not reliable photocopy centre), assignments' deadline bla bla, it makes us to know each other better. However, it seems that from 6 persons ,there will be destructured in year 2, so should i still call them by those nicknames.
let me introduce the 2 james bond ( Azlan and Tim) and the charlie angels are Jamie, munwei and joey.
-mr president of law society (azlan bin zainal abidin) or pak lan; own a special car park in kdu which he refers as 'presidential car park'. he is from kiasu land, always wear jeans and shirts (nautica,timberland,fcuk,etc) with his calvin klien's bag and always carry 2 to 3 files a day. he has a lot of branded shoes and i am just wandering how many shoes does he has (one of it is a pair of orange shoes).i have never seen any guy who has that much shoes. with his bergaya way of walking(hahaha),for breakfast, -a bottle of orange juice and sometimes sandwich. he is the oldest one from all of us.
-mr secretary of law society (tim or low weng tchung), a very responsible guy-black,white and blue shirts guy( but it seems that he has wear other colour shirts already). Ask him evrything abou laws,he is going to give u a reliable answer-master of the law. Always carry his confidential documents (hahaha) in his favourite Times' bag.Sometimes wear either shirts or T shirt or jeans or slacks with his favourite 2 pairs of sports shoes-blue or white. Coffee is his compulsory breakfast , cannot live without coffee (what he told us- 2 sachetsof creams and 1 sachet sugars). without breakfast he is blurred. Smiling by covering his mouth ,hahaha.
- Miss Jamie wong siew min, an active girl- colourful girl especially purple,everything is purple and she likes to wear purple jewelleries.She is good in playing basket ball but sometimes quite blurred. she cannot live without ice cream , ice creams is her essential needs. She can be very serious(just look at her serious face, u can be scared already) and sometimes can be very funny.
-miss joey lee ngau yen-a fair girl in class, first thing that we can easily recognise her from her is her hair-long and nice, may be she can be a promoter for every single shampoo because she has a very nice hair, she likes purple too.She comes to KDU by driving her BMW but so sad, she is not going to join us in year 2.joey good luck in everthing that u do as long as it is for a good purpose.
- miss choo munwei- a girl from ipoh and always comes to KDU with an umbrella (if the weather is hot) , elle school bag. she is a person that can keep her promise. if in a contract, something something is a bionding contract, then her promise is abinding contract.. she is also a type of a person who is not scared to speak it out.

education system
it seems that Indo education system is very conservative, in the sense that students do not have rights to speak /to speak up their mind. Headmasters and teachers think that they have more power and are in better position than students. Like what happened today was I went to my brother's school with mum because of what he had done at school (coret beberapa kata and erased the headmaster's name). The headmaster then told mum about the problem and he sounded like he had given up with my bro. Then i was just express my opinion by saying that one of the tasks of a school is to discipline students and it seemed that the headmaster has given up, then suddenly he used a loud voice to say that he has not given up and he asked me to shut up. mum was the one who has the right to speak and he asked me to get out from the roomn.
From what I see is the headmaster's first impression towards my bro has already not good. He has tried a lot of ways to ask my bro to get out from the school everytime he made a mistake
Further, is that a headmaster that saying that the student is stupid, useless to the school,spoil and make the school has bad reputation?
to me, nobody is stupid, everyone has brain, it only depends on how are they going to use it.
It just does not make sense that as an educator,he scolded the student like that. Is he a headmaster or not or just a person that just come ou from 'tanjung rambutan?
Another problim is by the used of the word 'kamu' and 'kau'. If u are an educator , he should know the difference. 'kau' is used by not really an education person and the headmaster as an educator and what he claims that he is 'kepala sekolah'( thinks that he is great) used the word 'kau'.
he has asked my bro to write a letter which states that my bro is wrong and the letter is written without any force from whoever or whatever.
here , i dont think there is a binding contract as the letter was dictated by the headmaster, it has contradicted with the phrase 'without any force from whoever....'
The headmaster also breach human rights act.
by scorsing him, I dont think there is a used of it, the headmaster should as bro to do other things such as clean school's toilets for a week. I think it is better than scorsing for a week.
The headmaster should ask himself too, why there are alot of students who dont like him? not just complaining to the parents. he should find ways to help the student not just complaining to the parents.

love and family
today, my teacher has asked us about what are the thing that can make us happy? he gave us a lot of choices such as money, prestige,power,family, love,etc and we only could cj\hoose one.
to me the most important things in life which can make us happy is love, without love,life will be so dull,life would be a lor\t of jealousy ,hate,envy etc. money cannot buy love, why? love is just like a pure thing which can hurt us and also can make us happy. it is just depend on us, in what point of view we look at the meaning of love.In some certain situations, love could buy love but could it be a true/pure love which exists just because there is alove? or is it exist just because of something?
if love exists just because a person wants to gain something from others, that is not a true love and it wont last long, and the outcome of it wont be good.
if one wants tp do something just do it with love and definetely the outcome will be better than a person whop does something without love.Love is the purest things in this world but it can be very dangerous, dangerous in the sense that it wont hurt us physically but mentally, so becareful when dealing wu\ith love.

he does not believe in friendship forever which i think is quite true as friends may not last forever, people may be separated just because of something.The sentence "friendship forever" is nonsense as it only exists in words not the actions. That is his opinion and he thinks that familt is the most important. I agree with him but just because i want to argue with him so i choose friends.
friends may not always be there for you , they may be there when u are happy only or when problems that u have do not have effects on their life. on the other hand family is there for you as long as u want. just let me tell u one of the example,touch wood, lets say one have a car accident, are u going to call ur friends or family? and at that time, ur friends have their final examinations (important). on the other hand ur parents have a meeting which is very important which involves billions dollars and it also must be settled at that time too. just think who is going to turned down their important things and look after u? ur parents rite?

finnally,i can sit down in front of my computer ,relax and relief all my stress. I have english tuition for these 3 days and day by day i learn a new thing and this teacher is very knowledgeable. further he is very open minded and i just like to keep arguing with him. first discussion that he gave us was 'do u live to aet or do u eat to live? i chose the latter but he can argue with me till i agree with him for the former one.
second day, he has asked which one is more important friends or family. for me , family is more important but because i like to argue with him so i chose friends but because he is also stubborn we have extended the da\ebate for another 30 minutes. however, today, after a long debate, finally i can make this tecaher agree with me.
for tennis,the teacher is very punctual even more pnctual than me and he doesnt like to wait people for a long time not even 5 minutes . but he is good. actually i have alot of things to write but this special artiv\cle has not perfect yet maybe i will put it later. these few daysa i am quite busy and happy.

old generation
In comtemporary society, it seems to be that old folks are being abandon by their family. Young generation may think that old folks are disturbing their life and they are very difficult to take care off. As a result of this, it can be said that a lot of old generation people are in olf folks home. The reason for it is that this young generation are too busy to take care of them.
However, one must not fail to remember that who are the persons who raised them eventhough how busy they are? If a child complains about the difficulties in taking care of his parents, why dont the parents complains about the difficulties when they raise him?
I give one of the example on how a young generation abandon an old generation. Nearby my former house, it used to be a lot of empty houses. In one of those houses, it lived an old lady, her family locked her there with all those un-use materials (woods, metals). Let just imagine that you are the one who has been locked with all those materials , a lot of mosquitoes at night and dark.
What's wrong with these young generation? in fact what we should do is to learn from the old generation as they have more experience than us. Without them, there will be no young generation.

I have been seeing that some of my classmates are quite stress because of the coming final examination for year 1. Today one of the Charlie Angel's has asked me on how can I cope with my stress. I told her to read my bulletin post. Further I have told her the email that I received from one of my friends. The email contains a poem made by a girl who has cancer. The meaning of the poem is to tell us to slow down, dont be panic,life is short, enjoy what you have in this world, do one by one slowly, dont be too rush.

Technology
There is a movie called "I,Robot" which tell us about the era of robots in2035. One of my classmates (Charlie's Angels) has asked me whether is there any possibility in this real worl that someday,somewhere,somehow, there will be these era?
To me, it may happen but not as high tech as what we have watched in the movie as we can see that there is an increasing in technology such as computers which I think , it has done most of our works and save our time.
It used to be no computer but now in our society, technology is everywhere. It has become one of our needs . If these things happen (robotic world), what will happen to our world? unless we have a hero who will come out to fight for it

Some people may have eye to eye conversation and some may not. What's wrong with the latter? It seems to be that they are not focusing on the related topics, or maybe they are lacking of self confidence and/ or maybe they are not comfortable with you.

I had gone to a Japanese restaurant yesterday with another two persons and one of them told me that she joins Bible society. This person used to be a non-religious person . It seems to be that the religion is very good in approaching people to join. Sometimes, they even might attack others religions in order to ask others to join them. If this religions attack others religions just to get more people to join it, so what is the good of this religion? always attacking and criticising others?
Night market
I had gone to night market with one of the Charlie Angle's and my cousin, we were lost on the way back but finally we could find the way. It gives me some inspiration to write that the road that we used to go there ,represents the way that we choose in life. Once we have taken that road , donot ever turn back as it only waste ur time and money. Take the road that you have chosen and dont ever regret of that.
When we came back, there was a lot of alleys and roads that we could use, whether it was long or short, bad or good. If we choose short way, it is true that it saves time but we donot see much if we use a long way. What I mean is if we take a long way, more experience that we can get from there. In order to achieve ur goals, there is alot of ways to use, it depends on you whether u are going to use which way-easier or difficult.

think before you talk
Varieties of human beings are inhabited in this world and each of them has their own characterictics which makes them different from others. For example there are honest, bad, kind people, etc. There is also the existence of straight forward person, what I mean is if these person want to criticise the other, they are going to say it directly. They do not think of the consequences or the effect of it to thers. One of the example is me.
Few days ago, I had just criticised a person who is quite good and kind to almost everybody. I did not thin of the impact of the sentences that I said till I had voiced it out. Maybe the best way that i can do now is to put glue in my mouth

Better be honest than lie
Honest? to whom? in certain situations, we should be honest but we cannot be honest all the time. A quote from one of my aunts 'An honest person who is a straight forward person who is easier to be bully'. Therefore in certain situations, we should lie for the sake of everybody but in other situation, we must be honest.
Another thing is it is better to be honest than to tell a lie.Tell the truth eventhough, it will hurt others' feeling, so whioch issues should we follow? for the latter, I think it is easier to say than to do it.
For the former, maybe it is good for business purpose and for the latter, I think it is more suitable for friendship or other relationships.

experience
What I have learnt from these six yeras is the learning process, knowledge is not just from books. Learning is a life long process. Experience is also one of the types of learning. From books what we can get is theoretical knowledge,but from experience what we can get is practical knowledge.
Experience is as important as study even sometimes experience is more important. However without theoretical knowledge there will be no practical learning. Do something, get something no matter how hard it is. try something which is different from others. Everything has beneficial and non beneficial sides.

mature and slow down
Some teenagers look more mature than thier real age.It is not just from their appearance but also from the way they act and their attitude or behaviour in handling matters.Some people are built/grow to maturity because of the force by the surrounding circumstances(parents, friends, his/herself). On the other hand, there are some people who are adults but still act like kids.
People are getting rush than they used to be. Sometimes just because they are busy(rush to school,works,fetch kids) they do not know their neighbours and they do not even looking at the situations around them. 3.If u really cannot cope with it, consult it with a person that u trust.

7. think of funny things or stand in front of ur mirror and make a funny face which enable u to laugh or smile.

My Parents
I am quite proud of may parents as they have provided financial and emotional supports for me till now( six years in malaysia) although they did not finish their studies.I am not ashamed of that, instead I am very proud of my father as he came from a very poor background,has come out to work at the age of 13 and now, he is a successful businessman (because of his hardworking) and owns quite a lot of business. He is smart,kind and generous man.Although he never say or show his love by words but at least he shows it by conduct.I am not going to disappoint my parents as they work hard for me to study here and I am doing as hard as I can to make them proud of me ,I am not going to (will never) let them down .
I have a brother but he arrrr,if the way he gets girlfriends is the same as the way he studies, my parents especially my mother do not need to worry about him already, he is so unmature and always thinking of playing around without thinking of the consequences of his action. I am going to think another way to help him.
My cousin is living with me and I am going to try my best to help her, but sometimes, I have no patience. Jul 8,I had gone to Stadium Negara to watch pinokio on ice.Actually, on that day i planned to go out with my friends but because something.... we have top cancelled it.About the show again, the show was quite nice although it spoke in Cantonese which most of the time , i could not understand. However, I like to watch the way they play ice skating and maybe because of the lights and the dancing parts.

UIM
jul2 and 3, i had gone to UiM to attend client counselling workshop. the founder of the competition said that lawyers are like doctors , they are helping people.dont wait till they come to u.
UIA is a very big university but if i study there i will suffer as there is no entertainment at all.Jul 2, i went to midvalley to watch "around the world in 80 days" and i have learnt a moral from this movie-'if u believe that u can do things that u want to do , that is logic'. At night, i have watched a movie called 'the Association" and i learn that , it is better to be urself no matter what u are and who u are, believe in urself. I know i am lacking of self confidence but at least i try to be myself and i think i must improve my self confidence.
By the way, Euro2004, has finished, greece won, i pity port as they struggled through finals , in the end they lost and somemore in their own country, during the match, there was an intruder ,and he had thrown a hankerchief or whatever to Luis Figo, that is not LUis Figo's fault, he has done his best, stupid intruder. Jul12 "car was" has been cancelled as there is some problems. These few days, consti lecturer was not in agood mood. further all lecturer have given a lot of assignments for us, they think that we are robot, arent they? there is so many assignments till i have no time to study, but i will try to adjust my time again

courseworks plus UAIM
i just found it out that actually there are alot of criminal cases that i must read and find the judgements.
criminal lecturer just told us that on applying the facts,in tutorial answers and in exam, the facts cannot be too short, we must expand it again.
This week has been a busy week, 2 assignments are waiting for their turn to pass it .I have just finished my contract assignment(20%), therefore i can just breath out abit of my stress, but relax sure i can cope with it, it is only courseworks not a thing which is harmful.
tomorrow and sat i am goin to UIM,to listen to some law things, and we must dress in formal. according to first james bond , on sat we can wear more casual.

two weeks
These two weeks alot of things happened. 2 james bond in my class have their birthday in these weeks.First james bond celebrated his birthday (b4 the day) in 'souled out'. One of my classmates describes it as nicer than Dave's but i dont think so,Bel Mondo is better. However, souled out's foods definitely cheaper than Bel Mondo.
Then we had gone to Bistro for drinks,I drank only 2 glass of beers and i was quite awake till the next day. However for second James bond, he had drunk but still kept his cool and scary face.
At 230 am, we were in second james bond's house to watch football(eng v port)eng lost (penalty6-5), quite sad but not as sad as when deutsch lost to Chez.
B4 83 mins out of 90 mins, port had played quite unenergetic and as aresult of it, all port supporters slept. first james bond was snoring when he slept, maybe too tired.OWEN SCORED IN 3 MINS, YES OWEN IS THE BEST.
All my classmates are above 19 yrs old already, haya still need to wait hor more than 2 months . it is ok and i think it is good as iam not as old as them,hahaha uncles and aunties.
Last thursday, we have law society meeting .It seems that people who have been complaining about the society are the one who are unwilling to participate in any activities. SUCK MAN
Definitely all my classmates are going to volunteer(12 jul-car wash-nice-play water).My assignment is due on mon(5 jul) but till now i have not finished it. Further without worrying about it, i went to genting last sunday. what happened to me> i had took klia express to airport them met my uncle there. there was aguy who i think is quite kia su in KL sentral.
At first i had no intention to go genting, however my uncle had approached me to go .Furthere ther reason i could not reject their offer because they had come in march and at that time i rejected their offer because of some assignments.
I have refferd two guys in my class as james bond, for the girls maybe Charlie Angels,hmmm sounds good.
I dont know why i cant have a long conversation with my classmates, i feel that i have no topics to talk to them, maybe i can just be a good listerner.
last monday, there was acontract class and the lecturer had asked us about articled clerk and no one could answer that.Article clerk refer to training solicitor.
my cousin has followed mr back on sunday and these few nights we chat alot about everything till i cant finish my coursework, not her fault, i am the one who start the conversation 1 and she said i am very cerewet. we have planned to cook fish this weekend, as always go out to eat is very expensive.
i dont know why i felt so sleepy yesterday, maybe there was something wrong with my barin and eyes(error)

God or Science
Babies are born to be pure, innocent.However,by growing older and older,the attitudes might change and it depends on environments where one's live and how one cope with that.Some may still be good but some may not.it is one of God's creation and some believe that God knows everything.
The question is if God knows everything,why does he create human beings who always disappointing Him?
On the other hand,scientists explain the existence of babies in scientific ways.However,they do not explain how the first human being come into exist. which one should we believe into?
Young generations tend to believe in science as it is more realistics
The question is if God knows everything,why does he create human beings who always disappointing Him?
On the other hand,scientists explain the existence of babies in scientific ways.However,they do not explain how the first human being come into exist. which one should we believe into?
Young generations tend to believe in science as it is more realistics
