I had quite an interesting conversation with my fren the other day, we were talking about friends relationships. It is amazing when we are able to contact old friends whom we have not met for years or at least there is communication even though we live apart as it is hard to do so. However, increases en development in technology such as friendster, msn, skype, etc have helped us to keep in touch with friends, thanks to the development.
However, these technologies wont help much if we as friends do not make efforts to contact each other. One party may make any effort to contact each other but not the other party, result of it would be nill. It happened to me during last summer holidays en in previous holidays, where it seemed to be so hard to ask my frens out (the one in my hometown) even though it was for lunch en it was on weekend, lots of excuses were given such as ' ohhh i have no driver, that place is too far away fr my place, can u come en fetch me ( guys u knw that fr my place to the resto en ur house is totally diff road' bla bla bla. en everytime i asked them out, there will just be lots of excuse, 'next time we go....' Since then , i have stopped to make any of invitation to ask them out. While , some would like to go out with you , just because she is salegirls en she wants to promote her products, if nt she will make lots of excuses as well.
Back to technology thingy, it seems that some people have misled the used of it by using it as 'sex thingy' etc. people who do that probably have no real sex life, they r bored , en nt really dare to face the world or some even do it just for fun, so there are disadvantages n advantages in the technology en we must be careful with those ppl.

celebrity 'marriage'
Marriage is supposed to be something which is holy and it can only be done once in a life time. Some couples have a long life marriage not only because the love that they still have with each other, but it is also because of the sense of togetherness and it is because of the tradition. However, some couples are totally different from the first one, these couples once they thought that their marriage cannot be ork out anymore and if both of them are strong headed, they will think that the best way to settle the problem is by getting divorce or even once the think that they do not love each other anymore, they will just get a divorce.
Latter type of couples happened happened mostly on celebrity. Once they think that they cant get along with each other, they will get divorce. Some couples are even worse because they want to get a divorce in order for publicity or to promote their movie. These days , the case of divorce among indonesian celebrities are out of limits , everyday we can see from the news that celebrity couples are getting divorce. They do not think of what will happen to the child , all that they want is to get divorce because they cant cope with each other. if lets say today i saw in the news that A couple is going to get a divorce, the next day , i can see again that B couple is also wnat to get divorce.It has became a trend in indonesia that the celebrities are getting divorce without thinking of the consequences. Some even divorce without giving reasons. It seems that they can just go to Pengadilan Agama to get a permission for divorce whenever they want. I am wondering on how many celebrities can the judges in that court meet through out these time.
Is marriage becoming an easy thing to do and the holiness of marriage has gone for a long time? It is true that divorce happened mostly in western country but that indonesian celebrity still live in indonesia which can be said as one of the conventional country in asia, then they are supposed to act in that way ie they should show a good value to their fans. Alot of celebrities, after they have divorced from their spouses, they will date another person. Marriage, nowadays seem to be something that once you want it to be done then you do it but once u do not want it anymore, you will just throw it away. Of course, all these celebrities, will show their pity faces on what are the problems that they are facing nw in order to get attention fr public

According to the United Kingdom' law, an accused whose aged is below 18 or 16 , his or her name cannot be exposed to the public and no press should be in the court room. This is to ensure that the child is not exposed to the public and it is used to protect the interest of the child i.e it will not cause any harm for him/her in the future.
Every country has their own interpretation and rules to the system and how they are going to preserve and maintain their country. The law in the UK is totally opposite to Indonesian law. Recently, there is a case whereby a 14 year old boy has been trial in court because he was involved in a fight with another person. There were press during the trial, and the identity of the boy( name, place ) had been exposed. It seem that in Indonesia, it has no particular law or legistation which can be used to protect children. Most of the laws are quite old dated back during the Dutch government time. One of the example is pornography where they just want to implement it recently. It is still during a debate in the parliament. According to the old law, as long as it is morally explicit then it is porno. Every one has their own interpretation of the term 'morally explicit', a conservative person may define it in a narrow term while a liberal person may defini it liberally. There may be an old law to define pornography but practically, it is not like that. We can find a lot of prostitutes on the roads, women who wear sexy clothes almost everyday, and some cheap cinemas playing pornography . If there is a rape case, most of the time , they blame it on pornography, but in fact is that true?
The ban of playboy magazine, one of the example, have they checked the content of it before banning it? or is it just because of the name, therefore there is a ban?
Even if a pornography Act is coming out later, it should not be too strict ( women should not wear sexy clothes etc) as we live in a globalisation country, it is true that Indonesia has the most muslim citizen but do not forget that we still have other religius in that country. The argument for Balinese may be true as by enforcing pornography act too strictly, it will affect their tourism. In my submission, the house of representative must discuss this matter thoroughly , in detail and dont be rush as the act may affect everyone and even economy in indonesia and once it is enforceable, it will just be follow for a long time, and even if we want to change it, it may cause alot of controversy and the same thing, same procerdure may happen again.

Ada pepatah mengatakan 'bersatu kita teguh, bercerai kita runtuh'. Secara umumnya, pepatah ini menggalakkan kita supaya bersatu sebagai satu bangsa, satu negara dan sesama manusia. Ada persatuan untuk tujuan yang bagus, tetapi ada juga persatuan untuk tujuan yang tidak bagus contohnya bersatu untuk unjuk rasa yang di dalangi dengan bayaran. Apa bagusnya persatuan itu kalau persatuan itu tidak digunakan untuk kebaikan negara. Masih adakah persatuan kalau hal-hal seperti itu didalangi dengan adanya racist, kebencian antara sesama, kecemburuan, penuduhan dll.
Sikap- sikap manusia seperti dengki, cemburu, ada dalam hampir semua manusiawi, itu adalah salah satu sikap yang diberikan untuk mengimbangi sikap- sikap yang lain seperyi kasih, cinta. Jadi kalo persatuan yang didalangi dengan kasih dan cinta untuk kebaikan sesama, adalah persatuan yang lebih bagus daripada persatuan yg lain. Adakalanya, unjuk rasa yang dilakukan hanya untuk mengisi waktu luang yang ada pada diri mereka, dan ada yang melakukannya hanya untuk mendapat nama , tidak bisa dinampikkan kalau ada yang melakukan karena maksud yang baik tapi itu sudah jarang dapat di lihat di mata dunia sekarang ini.
Dengan adanya dunia yang porak porakda ini ie perang, racist , crisis, inflasi, apa yang akan terjadi kepada dunia ini 10 atau 20 tahun kedepan?
Sikap- sikap manusia seperti dengki, cemburu, ada dalam hampir semua manusiawi, itu adalah salah satu sikap yang diberikan untuk mengimbangi sikap- sikap yang lain seperyi kasih, cinta. Jadi kalo persatuan yang didalangi dengan kasih dan cinta untuk kebaikan sesama, adalah persatuan yang lebih bagus daripada persatuan yg lain. too bored
it has been a long time since my last blog, probably, it has almost been more than 5 months? i am just too bored that is the reason on why i blog. Sometimes, when i have a lot things to do, i feel quite stress out in the sense that i got no free time to think and to enjoy myself, everything must be in rush. However, when i am free, i am just feel that i am to free and feel bored to do anything eventhough i have works to do. I guess there is something wrong about me.
Further, i just do not know what is wrong with me, when it is my time to study, i am not be able to focus, in fact, this is my 3rd year , supposely to focus on my study not on craps stuffs (useless, nonsense) . Moreover, i dont think that i have been productive for these few months in which i supposed to do that. WHAT CAN I DO?
Another thing is if u mixed with people who have motivated to study, you will have that motivation as well, but you wont have that when you have mixed with people who have no such motivation. In life, one must have motivation or purpose on what they want to do in the future, they cannot said that what they do now is because others ask them to do or just because there is no other choice besides this is the way that they should do.
