chicken egg fried rice

A plate of egg chicken friend rice and a cup of coke=5.05 pounds?oh gosh i am quite surprised of the price as in that amount of money, i can have foods for three days or even a week. It is just a simple meal where they put some egg in the rice, small pieces of chicken and beans,it tasted like kdu cafetaria' fried rice where they put alot of ajinomoto into the food. A plate of fried rice in malaysia is only about rm 4 and in rupiah, the most expensive is about rp10000 with all seafoods on it. Comparing the price of a fried rice in either msia or indonesia to UK, it is totally different, if we are converting the money to ringgit, the price of that rice would be rm 35 and in rupiah is about rp100000,where i can have 10 plates of nice fried rice, or even i can go to eat in luxury cafe or restaurant.
It seems that westerner foods are cheaper than chinese or oriental foods.I can get KFC,MCDonald, subway,Miss Millies, each of it less than 4 pounds and that is include drinks. On the other hand for the asian foods, it costs so much.It is rather to cook by myself than having such simple expensive food.It is worth it if the food is nice, like the one that i ate in London (italian foods) which cost about 19 pounds but that is almost a complete course

fade up

i am really fade up with my life. i am sick of the situation in indonesia, things that happening around me these fews days, friends, relatives and family that i have here. some people call u just because they want something from u, another thing is once they are cught up in doin something, they just ask u whether u would like to join them or not. Some people even dare to yell at u eventhough they are younger and we did nothing to provoke or do something wrong to them, they think that they are too great, they are able to do all the things by themselves and we are useless. The truth is they are just good in certain things but they are pretending that they are good in everything. "THE GREATEST GOD OF THE WORLD"

Another type of people is the people who are too busy body, they are too kepo in the sense that they are willing to do what others ask them to do but once a problem arises they will be mad at the person who helps them or vice versa. My advice to these type of people is stay out of this and dont be too kepo, it is good to help others but are they going to help you back once u gt problem?

Further, stay out of spoilt childs as if you were in trouble with them or they have a trouble which relates to you, the parents of these childs will come and confront the matter with you. These child will not deal with tyhe matter and they always think that they are right and innocent.

brave

Brave is on of the key points to succeed and do well in every task that we do. If one is not brave enough to decide what one's want to do, one will never be improved/ one step futher than one used to be. Some people are too scared to do anything, so they will just be in the same position for the rest of their life. As long as we have done nothing wrong, why must we scare? we must be braved in everything that we do as long as the act is correct, right, and not against the law.

I have seen one of this cases where a person was crying because the person had been called by the dean. The person was called not because the dean was going to scold him/her but the dean was just asking him/her about his/her capability.

A person who is not dare to do anything usually he/she will think about all the sides effects before doing anything such as 'what will the public think of me if i do such things?' 'what if i fail?' 'how ashamed am i going to be?' As a result of it, they will just play safe as they do not need to discover or experience any risks and criticism from everyone else.

On one hand, making mistake is also one of the process to success .

milk

Milk, besides that it can be drink, milk can also be used for other things such as strengthen our hair, protect our skin etc. Milk which contains alot of calsium is good for diet too. Below are a few tips of the use of milk:
1. Strengthen our nails
Milk has a high calsium which can be used to strengthen our nails, it has latic acid. Put ur nails in warm milk for three minutes, wash and put lotion on it.
2. Strebgthen our hair
Put 4-5 teaspoons of milk in water, mix it and put it into our hairf, cover it with towel for less than three mins, then wash it.
3. Skin
Use cotton (put milk on it) on our face and wash it with warm water after a minute. for dry skin, it is better to use full cream milk. For normal skin, whole milk is recommended and oily skin, it is recommended to use non fat milk.
4. Soften our lips
5Soften our body

bored

It has been a month since i came back from Malaysia and ithin these times, i only could produce two articles which i think that is not productive at all. It is not like i have so many things to do but i am just cannot write even a thing. My brain stuck and it always happened when i am in indonesia. Besides that, I always have bad temper when i am here. Bored......

the place that i lived in actually is a nice place to live, it has alot of facility such as tennis and basketball courts, billiard, swimming pool, badminton court, shooting area, park, go-kart,etc. However, i still feel that i am in a place which is far away from everywhere as it is quite far from city centre. If there is no car, then dont expect that you can go anywhere. Further, the wheather is very humid and not clean since the eartquakes. There is nowhere to go, the nearest shopping mall is 15 minutes away by car.

So far, i just went to two picnic places which are pantai permai and brastagi/ tanah karo. Permai becah is a new beach, it is next to pantai cermin where tsunami occurred. It has boat and karaoke facilities. There is nothing much to say about this place. Oh ya, there is a theme park nearby the beach.

Brastagi/ tanah karo is a highland where we can find fresh and cheap fruits and vegetables. According to some of my friends, there is a beautiful waterfall but in order to reach there, we need to climd a high staircase. Further away from Brastagi, there are kota kabanjahe and gundaling. Kabanjahe is famous of its passion fruits while gundaling is located at the top of the highland.

The place is called tanah karo mainly because karo people live there. They are different from javanese in alot of ways. Karo girls/women are mostly beautiful, further the people are very hardworking. They have different religion with the javanese. The Karo are Christian. One thing that can make us recognise them as batak/ karo is the way they speak which is quite rough. The place is also famous of the corn which has a lot of taste such as steam corn, bbq corn and chili sause corn. For those who likes to ride horses and sado, this is the place to go

appearance,money,sex and crimes

Appearance does not change one's position in society. No matter how one change his/her appearance to be abetter one, it does not do anything. For example A comes from a middle class family but he acts like or does or pretend to be someone from upper class in order tio show off to the world that he is rich. However ,in some point, in one of his side of appearance or from languages that he uses, it will show the class of people that he comes from.

Further, what is the used of showing off especially in today's society where there are a lot of crimes such as burglary, robbery, theft. These crimes occur when unemployment exists, inflation and growing number of chidren.

Moreover, today's society is becoming immoral society where we can see in reported cases everyday that some fathers raped their own daughters and excuses given were they were 'khilaf' and 'they woulkd not do that again. Some has been raped their own daughter for years and in my opinion, if they wer 'khilaf' they should stop doing it before they were taken to jail not after it.
A son nmurdered his own mother because his mother did not want to give him pocket money.

Increasing number of drugs may also be one of the important factors of crimes. Foods and shelter used tro be essential neccessity to human being but nowadays money, drugs, sex also seem to be important. Without money, we cant buy anything, drugs are importnat to addicters and sex is to fulfill our desire.

.....

Crisis of petrol occurs here and as a result of it, the demand of it is arises and in which it increases the price of petrol. According to 'pertamina', petrol/ BBM is going to finish in 17.5 days while on the onther hand, the minister of BUMN has denied it.

The price of petrol which was $59.37/barrel would give a negative impact to importer countries like Indonesia. Further, it seems that rupiah is going to be weaker than US dollars. This is because of profit buying of dollars from corporates and central bank of europe planes to reduce its interests.

How can rupiah become stronger if the people themselves prefer to use dollars for their business transaction than rupiah? For example, buying and selling of tickets flights using US dollars here. They can use rupiah instead of dollars. The reason for using dollars is because it is more profitable . There are no co-operation among the people as what they think are for their own benefits.

words

A word/words can be mean as a word alone or it has alot of definitions, as a result of it some human beings have abused the used of these words. These type of people are expert in twisting words/sentences,phrases that they have just said. On the other hand, there are a vice versa type of people who are not good in using words, so they are in a weak position as words or languages that we used play important parts in our life.

Former type of people know how to use their sentences properly so when they speak it out, the sentences used by them may not have innuendo behind it or others will easily believe on what these human beings say.
However, for the latter type, as they are not good in using languages or words, sometimes the other person who has a conversation with these kind of person, may think of the other way round as to what is the truly intention. Therefore, it can be said that in any business field, working environment or any other places, people who know how to use their language well, may find it not difficult to adapt with the situations or the people around them but it will be difficult for those who are not. the used of sentences play an important role in our life

The effect of Stubbornness

A person can be considered as stubborn when he/she is determined to do what he/she wants to do and refused to do anything else or to do other things which he/she thinks that he/she may not need to do it. To me, almost everybody in this world are stubborn, it is only depended on the level or to what extent is him/her stubbornness. Some people are so stubborn till they do not believe in what other people say until he/she proves it by him/herself or untill there are evidences to prove that the things should be like that.

On the other hand, there are some people who are not that stubborn. I am not saying that stubborn is bad nor it is good. It is depended on the situation and the level of the stubbornness.

Some types of stubbornness may bring good but some are not. If a person is too stubborn, it only bring/ do nothing good or even worse. The reason why I said like that because that was what happened to me as a result of my stubbornness.

It happened on last Tuesday. Previously, my friend (i think you know who you are) had told me that the format for company law's presentation first question was like that, errrr lets say A style, but I did not believe him, I kept arguing with him as my interpretation to the question and his interpretation to the question was totally different. I did not follow his style, I kept doing it on my own style, lets called it B style.

Not till last Tuesday, when i re read my question again and after I heard from another friend that the format supposed to be A style, at that time i was just panicked and at that time i just believe him that the answer supposed to be A style. At that time i just regreted on how stubborn i was. The effect of it was FORTUNATELY, i needed to stay up late and re did all my answer (luckily i chose question one) and continuely did that till the next day. However, finally i managed to get it done and i have promised myself that next time never ever be so stubborn and do last minute work, unless if there is no choice.
an experience

gak adil

Melihat banyaknya korban yang meninggal dunia, it makes me feel sad but i do not know what should i do as i have no power to prevent/stop this from happening.

see wat u r thinking??!!
Message: *A Girls First Time*
(Assume you are a girl if you are a boy)
It's your first time. As you lie back your
muscles tighten. You put him
off for a while searching for an excuse, but he
refuses to be swayed as he
approaches you. He asks if you're afraid and
you
shake your head bravely.
He has more experience, but it's the first
time his finger has found
the right place. He probes deeply and you
shiver;
your body tenses; but
he's gentle like he promised he'd be. He
looks
deeply within your eyes
and tells you to trust him - he's done this
many
times before. His cool
smile relaxes you and you open wider to give
him
;more room for an easy
entrance. You begin to plead and beg him to
hurry,
but he slowly takes his
time, wanting to cause you as little pain as
possible. As he presses
;closer, going deeper, you feel the tissue give
way; pain surges throughout
your body and you feel the slight trickle of
blood as he continues. He
looks at you concerned and asks you if it's
too
painful.Your eyes are
filled with tears but you shake your head and
nod
for him to go on. He
begins going in and out with skill but you are
now too numb to feel him
within you. After a few moments, you feel
something bursting within you and
he pulls it out of you, you lay panting, glad to
have it over. He looks
at you and smiling warmly, tells you, with a
chuckle; that you have been
his most stubborn yet most rewarding
experience.
You smile and thank your
dentist. After all, it was your first time to have
a tooth pulled.

You Know You're Malaysian When....

You complain about the quality of the pirated DVD you just purchased. "What, RM10 for DVD5?! Aiyah, boss ... sound no good, cheaperlah ..."

You're willing to consume sambal petai and durian and gladly suffer the bloating and wind-breaking incidents.

You're exceedingly polite to the Mat Sallehs but you slag your own kind. "Hello, sir. Why don't you sit here, it’s got the best view of the city skyline." But, "Aunty-ah, your table is over there next to the kitchen."

You order Maggi goreng and fried chicken, complain about how oily the food is, and then proceed to finish it anyway.

You love to talk about food. You're already thinking about what to have for dinner while eating lunch. "I'm stuffed. What shall we have for dinner?"

You dive into a communal-style meal the moment the dish lands on the table only to hesitate at the last morsel of food on the serving dish. There are two possible explanations for this: the first is the pai seh (embarrassed) factor, while the other is the myth that the person who eats the last piece will be a spinster.

You hit the accelerator the moment the first drop of rain hits your windshield. "Alamak, it's going to rain. Sure traffic jam one. I'd better drive faster."

You seize the opportunity to make a U-turn anywhere ... especially where there is a sign telling you not to. Well, so long as the cops aren't in sight.

You feel a burning desire to send text messages and even have the gall to give your friend a blow-by-blow account of the movie to your friend on the handphone — during the screening of the movie. "Okay, now that girl Lizzie is impersonating an Italian singer; she so doesn’t look Italian ..."

You forsake your loved ones for the all-important four letter-word: S-A-L-E. "Sorry, mum, I can't take you to Aunt Mary’s because I have to go to MidValley before the crowd." You’re also more than happy to be part of the insane traffic jam that forms around malls during weekends and sale periods.

11. Reality shows Akademi Fantasia and Malaysian Idol dictate your social life. "What, no TV at the mamak? Count me out — I'm staying home. Rinie needs my support."

You pepper every sentence with lah. "No-lah, I can't see you today-lah. I have to study-lah. You know-lah, the prison warden aka mak is watching me like a hawk"

You fail to function normally without your daily dose of teh tarik and nasi lemak.

You have owned at least one Proton in your lifetime. Cheap, cheap. That is until you start to make enough dough to buy that Honda you've been salivating over.

You slow down at an accident site to take down the car number plate, but won't step out of your car to help — the victim could be a robber!

You'd rather park your car along the main road outside the mall, where there's a yellow line, rather than pay RM1 to park inside where there are adequate bays.

You plead, bat your eyelids and relate a sob story to the officer at the town council office to let you off the hook (or reduce the amount considerably) for the fine you incurred when you parked your car on the double line.

You make an appointment for 10am and conveniently show up a half hour late — Malaysian time, what ...

You pop open the wet tissue packet at the Chinese restaurant by squeezing the trapped air to the top of the packet before proceeding to smash your fist into it. The louder the pop the better.

You greet your friend / neighbor / acquaintance on the street with "How are things?" or "Have you eaten?" or better yet, by stating the obvious: "Went to market ah?"

Ramlee burger is the "piece de resistance" of your growing-up-years cuisine.

You catch all major televised events at the mamak.

You have roughly six meals a day (breakfast, mid-morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper). Then there's the snacking — keropok ikan, pisang goreng, muruku, jam tarts and the like.

You get the whole family dressed to the nines, jump into the car and head for the minister's open house — and ask for styrofoam boxes and plastic bags to tar pau food.

Your accent and language style vary according to the race of the person you are conversing with.

You've got a friendly disposition. Smiles are abundant and your "Apa khabar?" is warm and sincere.

You exclaim loudly how expensive everything is, even though the items may in fact be going for a steal. "Wah! So expensive, ah? Hak sei ngor (Scare me to death)!"

You dig deep into your pockets to contribute to the latest appeal for donations in the newspapers.

You "dis" our country all the time, but as soon as something good happens (like winning the Thomas Cup), you morph into a proud Malaysian.

You never travel abroad without a bottle of chilli sauce, or sachets which you can sneak into restaurants.

You're proud to be Malaysian - and you pass these jokes on to all your Malaysian friends!

pusssinngggg

Sometimes, it is not easy to say it out what we want to say as the things that we want to say is something which concerns a lot of people. By saying it out, it will ruin everything. However, if we are not saying it out, it is like something strange or a burden in our hearts. For the sake of everybody, it is better if I keep it to myself (utilitarianism theory). However, applying egoism theory, I need to say it out.
Further, being a neutral person sometimes is quite difficult as they may hear any kind of bad things about A people from B people and vice versa. Moreover, some people are putting blamed on the neutral person as you are in none of those sides and sometimes they will look at you as you are a traitor-it is the kind of look which says 'so dont talk too much to her as she is on the other side and she may tell them everything, she knows too much' in which that is not true.
I just do not know how to handle thiS BUT i think it is better if i shut my mouth

the end of the trips

On 15-3-2005, me and my mom and a bunch of aunts and kids were heading to Singapore via JB. Reached in Singapore quite late already as we needed to wait for the van to come. Some people especially first timers may nervous or fear of immigration officers as they tend to look fears but actually they are quite friendly people like a conversation that i get with one of the officer. (At first of course he tried to sound fears) this was the conversation:
officer: sekolah di KDU ke?
me: hah
officer: apa hah? tak boleh hah. pakai iya, boleh atau ya.
Boleh?
me: (tried to joke with him) malaysia boleh
officer: ahahah , indonesia?
me: indonesia bisa
officer: indonesia bisa?
ahahahaah
mana chopped nya, tunggu saya lihat dulu
me: har, gak ada chopped?
officer: oh ada
me:hayo bikin saya kaget aja
officer:kaget?
End
Further they work more efficiently than Singapore one as Singapore' one work slower, sigh.
I just donot understand why some or probably most Indonesians are so proud of Singapore, is it because of the currency? They are proud to have a house or an apartment there, they are proud to shop there and they are proud because they only keep sing dollar. To me, Singapore is only a small country and there is nothing to be proud of unless you are singaporean. What do they offer are only expensive stuffs, high cost of living, bla2bla2 or unless you work there.
Instead proud of Singapore, why dont they all , i mean Indonesians being proud as being Indonesians. I know that Indonesia has nothing to offer for its own people especially the chinese, but how bad your country is, you should be proud of it as we born in that country . If the indonesians themselves do not look high or proud of their own country, then who is going to 'junjung' it?
it is just like , before you respect others, it is better if you respect yourselves first. Never be ashamed in claiming that we are Indonesians (chinese Indonesians).
After three nights stayed in Singapore (tired rather than fun) we were heading back to KL where there were some anger and fun, and all those aunts are still very energetics for shopping

too good

Today, one of my buddies kept telling me not to be so good(chin chai) 'dont be to good , even if you are good to them, someday, somehow, somewhere, they are going to backstab you. What you did may be good but they will not appreciate that. You are the type of person that can easily be cheated or bully'.
i have kept telling myself not to be so good with others, but i cannot change that and you know there is a phrase which says that 'let others use you as long as you dont use others as somehow, somewhere ,someday ,something will happen'. Further, i dont think that i have treated people good and i think even if i treated someone good, that is reasonable. I dont know how to change that, maybe it is the nature, i am born to be like that.
Anybody got suggestion on how to change it?
sigh

horoscope

i have read an article in www.astrology.hotplugins.com, it says that ' virgo's personality is recognised as being organized, industrious and intelligent. Any kind of activities which is not well planned and not systematic irritates them. Virgo is the type of where they analyzed everything before and after the result, therefore they are perfectionist. They appear to be secure but actaully they are a great worrier. Their personality is quiet, dignified and often proud. Dislike any show of emotion in public and people who are demonstartive in that fashion often puts virgoans off. Virgoans tend to be look as old fashioned, conservative and shy.Personality development is just as important as wealth, and when they work, the do it with fervor and stop only after a perfect shape is achieve.

It is idifficult for them to spend time in a useless way, relaxation has different meaning for them than the average. When it comes to relationships thingy-the sense of duty is very high-when you shoulder a responsibility they seldom let others down......."

Can all those horoscope things be believe? in some certain points, it is true but we cannot 100% believe in this things as people have their own style in which how they have been raised or grew up.Not only that sometimes people around us may influence our way of living.

grrrrrrrrrr

some people are some kind one, it is like they want to become someone else which they are not. Like what happened in KLCC today in a shop. I was trying room spray when one of the shop came and said hi, i didnt know that she is one of the staff. These was the conversation:
staff :'hi"
me:'hi"
staff:'are u going to try the room spray"
me: ya
staff: 'If u want to try it, u should use the tester"
me:(i saw the wrong one lar) 'this is the tester'
staff:(with british accent and different tone) no that is not, unless u want to buy it'
stupid , u think i cant afford to buy ar.there was no need for her to change the tone to British accent and grrrrrrrrrrrrrr......to show that because she works under a British shop so she needs to talk like Britishhhhhhhhhhhh.

I realised that nowadays kids are dare to show their opinions than previous generations where we used to not dare to say what we want and we are quite scared of our parents. It has disadvantages and advantages. The advantages side is they can easily adapt with people around them without fear. on the other hand, as a result of this, some of them talk to their parents in quite inpolite way. they pay no respect to the parents.

When i was talking to my friend , i just remembered one of my former classmates back in Penang. She has a problem with her kidney so everytime she needed to 'cuci darah' and everytime she came to class, there was a machine in her stomach. I got no contact with her anymore so dont know what happened to her. All her treatment and medicine cost a lot and sometimes as a classmate, we gt helped her. As a result of all those costs ,her parents who maybe have difficulty financially tried to slowly seldom came and see her ,seldom call and all those things.

What can i say is , i cant blame the parents also as they may gt money problems, second is maybe they have lost hope towards the daughter. This is the case of parents abondened the child.
Another case is children abandoned a mother in an unfinished house and being locked there with all those flies, woods, building materials and what this lady wore was only a piece of cloth and an underwear. I cant imagine what kind or type of children are they. Eventhough how busy are the children , to me at least they should spend sometime with their parents or at least let the parents to live in a proper house and have a proper food.
i am not going to become this type of kids, to me (when i was small, i have made a promise to myself that i am not going to abandon my parents) i will do the best things that i can do for my parents. in fact , i think, my parents are quite proud of me for what i have done in the past two years during chinese new year time. In some way, i have proved it to them, heheheeh

Sometimes, it is very hard to say it out something that you want to say, it is either you have made a promise to somebody or you need to think twice before u said it out as when u said it out, some people may just back stab you.
They may think that you donot know about that, but actually you know, and you just feel that you do not want to say it out to avoid contravention.
Some people may suspicious on you as they think that you have known too much think and they will try to keep secrets from you.

However, instead of asking the person itself, your friends just keep suspicious on you but actually you have done nothing. These type of situation, may make the 'suspected person' feel uncomfortable with her/his surrounding circumstances in which at first the person may have willing to talk to you as he/she is comfortable and believe on the friends ,but once they backstab/talked behind her/him and she/he knows it then dont expect that this person will talk everything.

In order to make the 'suspected person' talk, the friends must at first believe/ trust her, dont just keep some suspicious eyes on her/him and dont always be too easy to have mood swings.
Haya, dont know what to say.
It is like it is easy to say it out but it is not easy to get it done.

money speak for everything and appreciation

If you were ask which is more important love or money, which one are you going to choose? some people may say love is more important and some may say money and there is nothing wrong with that, however, if to me, if i say money is more important, then it sounds ridiculous. however, each and every one has their own opinion.
love can be categorised as love to family, friends, boyfriend or girlfriend ,pets, etc. People who claim that money is more important said that it is because money can buy everything for them. There is no need to have love as a person claims that he/she will have a BF/GF who is rich,no love is required, 'as long as he /she can support me is enough'.(cewek matre)

Not only that, just now, i just saw a case where money can buy the value/ tie of a family. Just imagine at how a sister who cares too much for money and can use/corrupt the money for her own use eventhough that is not her own money- it is a company's money which owned by the family(brothers and sisters). I think to her, money is more important than the family tie itself.

Sometimes because of money, people cannot think logically (red eyes)
Some people may just 'bela' a person who is in fact on the wrong side eventhough that person know that he/she is wrong.
not much too say on these, it depends on what type of persons are they? what do u think?

there are also some kind of people who are too scared to voice out what they want, they are just under the rule of the parents.although she is big enough to make a decison and just please have ur own decison and know what u are going to do, dont just follow what other people do, as u scare of making a mistake. if like these u cant grow up and be a real person, make ur own decison. and be humble, u are too stuck up or proud of urself already but on the facts u are not that great, u are just a normal person who is really know nothing about this world, so dont be too sombong and thinks that u know everything, actaully u are not, i dont like this kind of people ( i am referring to someone who i know that her attitude is quite intolerable already, nt to everybody, i wrote this down because i think she may look at this article and she may realise who she is and try to change her attitude, cant talk to her, if not i will become mad) hope that she will look at it.

Some people are just dont know how to say a' 'thank you'/appreciation to the person who has helped her/him, think that they are so great and innocent

racist, justice, biased?

According to Andi Malarangeng, Indonesia should increase the price of fuel, no matter what, it is like 'a decision that should be made by a leader whether it is fully suported by the people or not, if it is not supported by the people then it will be bitter like medicine when you put it into your mouth but you will recover'
i like the analogy, it is a very good analogy
the reason given is because the government has subsided rp 60 millions for the fuel itself, he said that by subsidising the fuel, who use more of it, they are the one who get more subsidition, and in the advertisement that I saw in Indo is like they show that most upper class or middle class people are the one who use the fuel. However, they must not forget that a lot of working class people who are using it, such as nowadays there is a lot of public transportations which owned by working class people ( alot of sudako) in medan, especially in certain areas which causes traffic jammed as they stop whenever they like.

Further, what can i say is that , there is still a big gap / racism. for example like the police, if they see a motor rider is Indonesian without wearing helmet, they wont ask him/she to stop, but if they see a chinese, then dont expect them not to stop u, they wont give u any 'tilang' if u just give them money.
they think that chinese is rich so if they stop them, for sure the police will get money as sometimes also the chinese dont want to get into any trouble with them. on the other hand, the indonesian , some may give but some may not give, if they want to 'tilang' thenn just do it. or even they give, it only in a small amount.
What they see is that all chinese are rich and vice versa, but actually if we see properly, there is a lot of indonesian who are very rich.

If there is like these case, where do justice stand? not only that sometimes, head of the police itself who actaully are ............(better not to say it out)

Like what I said in the previous article that government has increased the price of fuel by 30% in the early of March without agreement/ consent from DPR( Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat). What DPR asked the government to give (audit harga pokok BBM) could not be produced. However, the government will audit the price of fuel for this year.

It seems that eventhough DPR exists to represent public in the government, but sometimes they also cannot do anything. It seems to exist because that is the way the system of government should be, since the government can increase the price without the consent, where does DPR actually stand?

PR

I was reading an article in 'Star' that application of a PR (permanent Residence) in Malaysia is not as easy as in other countries, and I totally agree with it.
Just take a case: my former landlady in Penang who married to a Penangite, they have a son who is already about 10/12 years old but till now she is still trying to apply for PR. At first, an officer told her that she should wait for five years in order to get it.
Thereafter, after that five years, another officer told her to wait for another two years and she cannot go back.

On the other hand, a 'hearsay' from a taxi driver that his friend got the PR after five years and could go back during that years. Further some people just said that a foreigner who married to a Malaysian could get/ have a job here without applying for the working permit. By contrast to what this article wrote that even a foreigner married to a Malaysian , one still need working permit as what happened to this lady named Kimberley Ann Gagnon " other employers are reluctant to employ me when they found that I do not have a PR because they do not want to pay for rm 5000 work permit and an expatriate salary".

It seems that the law in this field is blurred and not fixed , why? what are the criteria that they look into in order to apply for a PR?

There is also a case where a couple (foreigners) who can work here and get PR within a year.

"the Government will revoke the PR status of those who are involved in crime and terrorism". "the government looks at all angles and that includes security reasons. The granting of Pr is a privilege and not a right".

It seems that constitutional law is related in it under the topic of Parliamentary Privilege, I think. If 'the granting of a PR is privilege', then how can we know what are the criteriation and can it be said that some disadvantages of privilege occur or can it lead to abuse? for example , some of them might be biased/ racists.

increasing price of oil

Increasing the price of oil in Indonesia will be known on 15 Apr 2005. However, how much will it be rise, is still unknown. Most Indonesian are already in poverty and by increasing the price, will not that make these people's living worst qw it is already hard for them to survive in these days especially for working class people and below who live in a big city such as Jakarta. There is also a prediction that there will be a riot as aresult of the increasing price of oil (common). Yeah, it can be said that the oil price in Indonesia may be the cheapest and every year Pertamina loss a lot of profits.

Instead of increasing the price of oil, the government should actually increase the price of others as rising up the price of oil will also increase the price of others, therefore nowadays, it can be said that oils is also one of our essential needs. Rising up the price in this time of economic's situation may not be a good decision to make. I believe that before 15 Apr 2005, there will be some people(who sell oil) who will abuse and increase the oil price first before the announcement.

Not only have they been bit by natural disasters such as floods, tsunami, and now the price of oil would be increase too. If the government would like to rise up the oil's price, they should do something which will benefit society in other sectors such as free education, lowering the cost of living etc.

freund and promise

What is 'freund'? according to the general meaning 'freund' means a person whom you know and whom you like but who is not a member of a family. If this is a mening of friend, can a person still be called as a friend when the person just need you or treat you as a friend whenever they need you and it is depended on their mood.

When their moods is not well or when you have done something wrong with or without you realising it, they will just pretend that you have never existed at all. If this type of person is also called as a friend, that is bullsh***t. Sometimes, if you have this kind of friends, it can make you feel sad, useless as it makes you to think of what's wrong with this person. Being treated like that by a friend that you just know may not be as hurt as being treated like that by your close friend.

This type of persons would only like to be your friend when they think they want to be ur friend or something has forced them to do like that such as promise made by them, etc. To some people, promise may just means promise where it does not really need to be done, it is in the sense that, a promise is just words/sentences/phrases that come out from one's mouth without the need to be enforceable.

However, to some people, promise is something that should be done. What you have promised to the other person must be done by you in order for that person to trust you eventhough how small or unimportant that promise, so my advice is make sure that you can do what you have promised/ told others to do before you made a promise to that person. Dont just be a 'big mouth'.

A promise may not be important to aperson who made it but it may be important to the person whom promise have been made to him/her.

old n new

2004 has been coloured with a lot of disasters like war, earthquake, floods, etc. 26-12-04 tsunami earthquake has killed thousands of people. Yesterday, I went to a place where Achenese earthquake survivors have been moved there. The place was so crowded with people, so pity look at them. There was an aunt who did not look like a person who has just lost everything, but she still joined others to take some nice clothes for herself , i think, such a selfish person. To me, she should not do that as she should let others to take the clothes.
I was in brastagi ( Karo highland) when the earthquake happened, it occurred four times in the morning. I could feel the moved at 8 o'clock in the morning. The moving worst in medan than in brastagi as some people in medan vomitted out.
we used to have bbq during new year time but this year we were having it quite differently. It was still bbq but we held it in a kopitiam in which it was so crowded with people and there was not enough workers, some of us needed to help them.
As 2004 could be said had bring some problems, but in 2005 i hope than new life, fortunate, lucks will come, haqppy new year
