advertisement

I saw an advertisement by The school of H&T 'the good life ,world class quality'.What doest it mean by that? in general, good life means very satisfactory life because of being pleasant, enjoyable,of high quality, effective or suitable. Is that mean that by joining H&T, a person could have a good life like swiss quality? Then what does it mean by swiss quality? Is there any guarantee that people who live in Swiss have a good life?
I know that the advertisement means that the programme or the course has a very good quality, but by looking at the sentence alone, it may be interpreted differently. further, can it guarantee that after graduation, these people will have a good life? If these people do not have a good life, they will not be able to sue. It is because the advertisement is only an invitation to treat. Offer is made when aperson registers his/her name and it is depend on the staff whether he/she wants to accept it or not. Fisher v Bell c/f Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball.. The general rule of offer and acceptance is not the same in every country, is it? so if there is a similar advertisement in other country, can they sue? I do not think that they can sue as if people are allowed to sue any advertisement, the company ,etc who amke the advertisement will be bankrupt and it will open floodgates to the courts. If the company is bankrupt , it will lead to unemployment which may lead to riots/march and poverty
