how to control our emotion or to cope with stress and be patient

1.calm down, take a deep breath,relax for a while.
2.dont think negativelt, think positive, think of the benefits that u can get from the problems.
3.If u really cannot cope with it, consult it with a person that u trust.
4.shout it out(if u think it is necessary)
5.take a walk and look at ur surrounding circumstances
6. think that others have more problems than u but they are able to cope with it
7. think of funny things or stand in front of ur mirror and make a funny face which enable u to laugh or smile.
8. go away from the place.
9.spa
10.meditation
11.exercise or do some activities that u like
12.talk the problems to related person(if u feel u need to do that and it depends on the related person behaviour. some maybe sensitive or u dont know them well, so it is better dont talk)
a research shows that people who are unable to laugh at someth9ing, have a higher chances of getting heart attack
