Sudden cardiac death

Sudden cardiac death is the sudden loss of heart function in a person with/without heart disease. Death occurs instantly/shortly after symptoms appear.
There is no special medication to stop the irregular heart beat but according to Dr Alexander Leaf who is the Jackson Professor of Clinical Medicine,Emeritus,Harvard University, omega-3 fatty acids can prevent sudden cardiac death in humans.
American Heart Association has now recommended on eating two servings of fatty fish per week and adding 1 g of EPA and DHA fish oil supplements for those patients having documented coronary heart disease and those in the warned high risk group.
A new British has found dangerous levels of fire retardents in cod liver oil-based dietary supplements sold in UK, there is evidence that fire retardents interfere with hormone function in wildlife and may be implicated in developmental difficulties in children.
In a study of 15 obese women who had roughly 10kg of fat removed by liposuction, researchers found that liposuction did not improve blood pressure, blood fat concentration, C-reactive protein and other biomakers for heart disease. Liposuction is only help people to look better.

i dun mind getting a liposuction if there is no side effects..hehhe =P
